SERBIA. Stefan Uros II Milutin, king, 1282-1321. Gros (Silver, 20 mm, 2.08 g, 2 h). STЄFAN RЄX Stefan Uroš II enthroned facing, crowned and bearded, holding lily-tipped scepter in his right hand and patriarchal cross set on globe in his left. Rev. Christ, with nimbus cointaining three crosses, seated facing on decorated throne and holding book of Gospels with both hands; in field to left, IC above fleur-de-lis; in field to right, XC above fleur-de-lis. Jovanovic, SMC 2014, p. 29, 9.2. Rare. A well struck and unusually attractive piece. Some marks, otherwise, good very fine.
